Does ebay send you a form to show you how much you earned or are sellers responsible on their own?
I was just using ebay as an example. There are plenty of other ways to get income. But no, they don't send you a form. If you use paypal you can look up your past sales, but there is a lot more bookkeeping involved than just your sales.
My opinion is that your solution could be more complex and more paperwork than the current system.

I should receive my iPad 2 in about 3 weeks. Although I am a veteran Mac user, the iPad 2 will be my first iOS device. So, I thought it might be prudent to buy a book/manual on using the iPad 2. I am not interested in a remedial book that spends a lot of time on things like: "how to turn it on", "where the buttons are located", etc. I suspect that I will be able to easily figure out all of the basics based on the owners' manual & my Mac experience.
I am looking for a book/manual that deals with the less obvious so that I can get up to speed a.s.a.p. I would appreciate any recommendations. In fact, maybe it would be preferable to consult online resources (?). Thank you for your thoughts.

I've taken excellent care of this iPhone for the past 5 months. There's nothing wrong with it internally or externally, and all the original parts and packaging are included.
I'm not familiar with how the switch-out process happens. Do I need to get my new phone before sending out the old one, so that I can swap sims? Or do I just need to plug in my new phone to iTunes and tell it to transfer the AT&T account over to it, and it'll disable the old one? How does it work?
I'm looking to get $350 for it.
Thanks

It's not free, but I've used Virtual ][ (http://www.virtualii.com/) and it works great. Huge amount of features, and it's pretty easy too.

I was at work when the news came to me of Lennons Murder. I drove back to my yard, and just got in my car, and went home. I never even made any excuses to anyone just had to be alone, and try to reason why anyone would do such a thing?? I kept recalling a verse in one of his songs that said,,, " the way things are going.... theyre gonna CRUCIFY ME"!!! He knew this was coming . I firmly hold true to the belief that "YOKO", had a hand in his shooting, as Lennon had been secretly meeting w/ the other Beatles in California, planning to get back together, and was returning to Yoko, only to get a divorce, as they had been seperated for over a year by then she got wind of the reunioun and knew she was going to be left out of the loop, and that the other beatles blamed her for their breakup!!!I will always wonder what music was lost to all of us , with his passing???

I mean that the iteration of Thunderbolt will hurt for me, by getting a MBA now with out it.
The HD3000 is slightly less powerful than the 320m GPU. So with a higher resolution display on the MBA the HD3000 would perform worse than the 320m currently does? This is my thinking and why I think Apple didn't increase the resolution of the current MBA instead of suffering a major decrease in GPU performance. I'm thinking that the Intel graphics performance will degrade much quicker at higher resolutions than the Nvidia does.
Only in gaming scenarios and other OpenGL applications. For the desktop, these GPUs can power massive external monitors with no problem. It's not like GPU power required to push out the kind of resolutions we're talking about here haven't been around for close to 10 years. My old Matrox G200 with 16MB of RAM could do it without flinching.

We seem to be learning more and more about what Leopard offers as time goes by which is excellent news.
I, personally, am excited about Resolution Independace. That'll be sweet.
I too am excited over this. We do a lot of kiosk systems and occasionally cater interactive systems to the diabled and visually imapired. It's hard to supply decent LCD monitors for this application with their fixed resolutions and the limitations of OSX, Windows and Linux in terms of element sizes within the OS. Hopefully this will bring us one more tool we can use in this regard -- 30" displays running at full resolution with the OS and video card doing the scaling to display an alternative resolution rather than the monitor just stretching it into blurry oblivion. Although the current 30" monitors displaying 1280x800 work great in this regard as it is. but a more elegant solution is highly welcome and because 1280x800 via doubled H and V resolution isn't always the answer.

Finally. I've been flip-flopping for months over whether to get a Nook or a Kindle. I liked the Kindle more, but not being able to borrow library book almost nudge me towards the Nook. With this piece of news, Kindle is the clearly the reader for me.:cool:

Sorry, I might have a caused a slight confusion by giving you examples of element access. The term applies equally (or more so in regards to you teacher's question) to how an array is declared.
In the Pascal examples from your Pascal Multi-Dimensional Arrays thread, consider the following Pascal declarations.
var
suit : array[1..4] of char;
rank : array[1..13] of char;
cards : array[1..4,1..13] of char;
In these declarations the stuff in square brackets can also be referred to as subscripts.
I think your teacher is asking you to think about the data types of these subscripts, particularly in regards to multi-dimensional arrays like the cards array above.
(BTW I actually don't know the answer to this question, because it's Pascal specific, I've forgotten 99% of Pascal.)

iFixit indicates that the process for the 2011 is far less involved/obnoxious than previous models: http://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/iMac-Intel-21-5-Inch-EMC-2428-Teardown/5485/1
That was the best news about the teardown of the new iMac. When they where introduced, I was disappointed that they didn't have the 500GB SSD option which was a show stopper for me ... but now I might get one and add the nice 500GB SSD to it. Was way to complicated with the old iMacs ... for the new ones it looks really easy.

Asleep on a buddies futon in LA. He came in, woke me up, told me what happened and turned on the TV. He saw 2nd plane hit the tower live and that's when he woke me up.
I basically stayed glued to the news and internet sites/forums the whole day.

i've been waiting patiently for the refresh and now i'm about to purchase my first iMac, just waiting for it to get to israel, hoping this will happen in the next few weeks.
I currently own an 18 months old macbook pro, and a very old and dying PC which the iMac will replace.
I'm a graphic designer, using adobe cs5 products such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, Dreamweaver and maybe some After Effects in the future. and i work a lot, day and night.
now i'm little confused about which model should i go for
at first i didn't want the 27" cause i thought it was too big, but i figure i will get use to it, plus i really need a lot of work space on screen (currently working on a 19" and hating it).
but is the base 27" model enough for me?
should i upgrade to i7 or will i5 do the work?
and what about the graphics in the base 27?
will be glad if someone helps out and answer my questions
thank you

the keynote should be made available on itunes as a free video podcast.
but it's not.
Should be? As in Apple is going to put it on there, or said they were going to, but haven't yet. OR Should be, as in YOU think that is what Apple should do?

I can almost picture Jobs marching into the Final Cut user group today saying "Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention..." as he gets up front. Remember there's supposedly a "super secret" announcement for today there...at least thats what apple calls it.

I'm sitting here in Starbucks watching my friend install Leopard on his MacBook Pro. I will be buying mine at my school for $69. Horray for being a student!
Do you attend UNT? The bookstore should have them in by monday- apparently Apple "overnighted" them this morning... I'm still crossing my fingers and hoping for Saturday.

Can I move in with you? :)
heh. Sorry, all out of room. At the moment, my wife and I are sleeping in an unfinished section of the basement (basically right next to the desk of iMacs,) because our new bedroom is part of what is being rebuilt.
